TEACHER/INSTRUCTOR: Yoga & Meditation
I teach yoga (eg. hatha, yin yoga & hot yoga) for men, for women and for professional athletes, like the boxers and the weight lifters I am currently working with.
I can also offer tailor made private lessons for groups (corporate staff and sports clubs) or private individuals.
